1. Who I am
This site is operated by Jáchym Šolta (djt-group). Contact: jachym@djt-group.com.
2. Data I collect
If you submit the contact form or email me directly, I receive the contents of that message and your email address. With your consent, pseudonymous analytics data is collected via Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics (page views, approximate location, device, referrer). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses.
3. Why I process it
To respond to inquiries, to understand which content is useful, and to maintain the site. Legal basis: your consent (analytics) and legitimate interest / contract performance (correspondence).
4. Who I share it with
Analytics processors: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics) and Vercel Inc. (Vercel Analytics). Hosting: Vercel Inc. Contact form delivery (email sending): Resend, Inc. Contact form spam protection: Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile). No data is sold. Transfers outside the EU: Vercel, Resend, Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the European Commission) where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long I keep it
Email correspondence and contact form messages: for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, then at most 2 years (unless a longer period is required by law or for an ongoing contract). Analytics: up to 14 months.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise any right, email jachym@djt-group.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the date above will be updated.
