1. Who I am
This site is operated by Jáchym Šolta (djt-group). Contact: jachym@djt-group.com.
2. Data I collect
If you submit the contact form or email me directly, I receive the contents of that message and your email address. With your consent, anonymous analytics data is collected via Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics (page views, approximate location, device, referrer). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses.
3. Why I process it
To respond to inquiries, to understand which content is useful, and to maintain the site. Legal basis: your consent (analytics) and legitimate interest / contract performance (correspondence).
4. Who I share it with
Analytics processors: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics) and Vercel Inc. (Vercel Analytics). Hosting: Vercel Inc. Contact form spam protection: Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile). No data is sold.
5. How long I keep it
Email correspondence: until the matter is resolved plus a reasonable retention period. Analytics: up to 14 months in aggregated form.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise any right, email jachym@djt-group.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the date above will be updated.
